in EconStor Books from ZBW - Leibniz Information Centre for Economics
Abstract:
A new mathematical direction is presented. Sub-interval analysis is a simple and effective tool for practical and theoretical calculations and estimations. Feasible applications of sub-interval analysis include economics (accounting, auditing, microeconomics, macroeconomics, banking, insurance, utility theory, econometrics, etc.), internet applications (databases, e-stores, e-shops, forums, blogs, search engines, etc.), statistics, Fourier analysis, large databases, preliminary recognition, sociology, elections, military science, engineering, technical sciences and many more.
