Abstract:
Though everything seems to head that way in practice and research has investigated in a number of ways the financial impact of the human dimension, the latter is still not being taken into account in asset management. As it seeks to question the adequacy of the postulates of the theory of rational choice in this matter, this study compare them to the thought style of the actors involved. Results have us contemplate a collective human dimension that would be propriety of the firm and linked to creativity, entrepreneurship and adaptability. This is made possible through a methodology rooted in Fleck's work in epistemology.
