Abstract: This article aims to contribute to the understanding of the reconciliation of professional and private lives of women professional accountants in France. One of the characteristics of accounting firms is over-investment. Women combine their private and professional life through work arrangements introducing flexibility in their space-time. Interviews were conducted with women accountants in order to understand how the new technologies can help balance their family and professional life, how they are used and what is the impact on women's personal lives and careers.
