Abstract: In this work, we seek to explore prospects which represent the social responsibility in public organizations. Based on an extended framework, composed from conventionalist, behaviorist and new managerialist research, we analyze this CSR as a multidimensional opportunity which could allow to these organizations to escape of some conjonctural, social and organizational problems.
