Abstract: This article presents a digital video project produced collectively by students, and teachers at the initiative of a vocational high school teacher to facilitate the inclusion of his students in mathematics. After presenting the project, we study the effects produced by digital technology and innovation, both during the conception of the videos but also during their use. Then, we show the impact of this innovative project on teachers. It also changes their professional identity, which is more horizontal and changes the relationship with their students.
