Abstract:
In front of the disruption of time organization in our modern societies and the impression of lacking time, many town councils have understood that managing time is urgent. Whether they have time policy or not, they try to satisfy the users' need for time. A survey shows the emergence of temporality in municipal services. It brings out that municipal public services use some concepts, methods and tools sprung from management of services industry.
