Abstract:
n front of the disruption of time organization in modern societies and the impression of lacking time, many town councils have understood that managing time is urgent. A survey shows the rise of time management in municipal services. It brings out that municipal public services use some methods and tools sprung from management of services industry. But in spite of "customer focus", users' time demand is often undervalued by town councils. Yet saving time can increase service value while it can reduce costs.
