Abstract:
A travers l'exemple de trois enfants se disputant une flûte, Sen montre que nos conceptions de la justice sont plurielles et souvent contradictoires. Aucun expert ne saurait trancher sur quelle base la société doit choisir. Cette incomplétude ne doit pas empêcher un débat public éclairé.
