Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine whether there Effect of Safety and Health at Work (K3) Against Employee Productivity In PT.Ciba Vision. Samples were taken throughout the production employees in PT.Ciba Vision Batam. sampling using saturation sampling where the population is less than 100 people, the entire population is sampled. Analysis of data using simple linear regression, hypothesis testing using the coefficient of determination (R2), and a partial test (t test), while pengelolahan data using SPSS. The results of the study indicate where partial occupational safety and health (K3) positive effect on productivity. Keywords: Occupational
