Abstract: The study aims to describe the influence of organizational culture and motivation on the performance of the employees. This research is quantitative, population adalam this research is Lubuk Begalung District people who often take care of service at office of Camat. The variables of this study are composed of independent variables, namely Culture Organiasasi and Motivation, the dependent variable is Performance. Instrument of this research is Questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear equations. Based on the data analysis, the results of this study proves the influence between organizational culture and motivation on employee performance. Finally, together with organizational culture and motivation significantly influence employee performance improvement.
