Abstract: The purpose of this research is to test and analyze; the influence of financial reporting on the accountability of public services, the influence of organizational culture on the accountability of public services and the influence of organizational commitment to the accountability of public services in Bhayangkara Padang Hospital. The sample of this research is employees of Bhayangkara Padang Hospital, ranging from structural officials, functional officers, nurses, midwives and non-medical personnel as many as 100 people. The analysis used in this study is multiple regression, the instrument used to collect data is a questionnaire distributed to the personnel of the Hospital. The result of the research shows that there is a significant influence between Financial Reporting to Public Service Accountability, Organizational Culture has positive and significant effect to Public Service Accountability, Organizational Commitment has positive and significant impact to Public Service Accountability while Financial reporting, organizational commitment and organizational culture are together. same to the accountability of public services at Bhayangkara Padang Hospital
