Abstract: This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of human capital on work productivity. The sample of the research was PT Siantar Putra Mandiri outsourcing employee which amounted to 40 people. Data obtained from the results of the questionnaire, the analysis is done by using linear regression.Based on the results showed Human Capital, affect on work productivity. PT Siantar Putra Mandiri, is recommended for human capital (skills and expertise) owned by employees.
