Abstract:
This reserch was conducted by taking 30 employees as respondent. The data was collected by using quwstionaire, some lists of questions. The technique of analysis data was by using path analysis. By using SPSS 16, it was found that working environment, compensation , and working culture influence positively and significantly toward satisfaction and performance of employees of PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) Lengayang.
