PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN DAN PENGAMBILAN KEPUTUSAN TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN

Abstract: Tujuan dari pengembangan studi ini adalah untuk mengetahui gaya kepemimpinan yang diterapkan oleh Coffeeshop VOLKS COFFEE untuk mengetahui pengaruh positif gaya kepemimpinan pada kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 20 Responden. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dadalah kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan yang digunakan oleh Coffeeshop VOLKS COFFEE adalah gaya kepemimpinan moralis dan gaya tersebut berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pada Coffeeshop VOLKS COFFEE Surabaya.
