Abstract: The aim of research is to know the influence of work motivation modernize job satisfaction and labor discipline upon teacher performance on SMKN 6 Padang. The results of research have founded (1) variable of job satisfaction have influence significant upon teachers performance of SMKN 6 Padang, (2) variable of labor discipline have significant influence upon teachers capacity of SMKN 6 Padang, (3) variable of work motivation have significant influence upon teachers capacity of SMKN 6 Padang, (4) variable of work motivation strenghter influence job satisfaction upon teachers capacity of SMKN 6 Padang, and (5) variable work motivation strenghter influence labor discipline upon teachers capacity of SMKN 6 Padang. The results of this research gives practice suggestions to vocational high school 6 Padang in order that increases the work motivation through enhacement job satisfaction an d labor discipline of SMKN 6 Padang.
