Abstract:
ABSTRACT The Influence of Motivation and Discipline on the Bogor Regency Communication Informatics Agency. Agung Gilang Pratama Putra. NPM BC416212027 This research was conducted to analyze the Influence of Motivation and Discipline on Employee Performance at the Bogor Regency Communication and Informatics Agency. The theory used in this study was taken from Human Resource Management by Edy Sutrisno, titled Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia Perusahaan, Bandung by Anwar Prabu Mangkunegara, and Human Resource Management by Bernardin an Russell The quantitative explanatory method was used in this study to determine how much the influence of motivation and discipline on employee performance at the Bogor Regency Communication and Informatics Agency both partially and multiply. The population of the study consisting of 51 employees were all members of the Bogor Regency Communication and Informatics Office, through the Census, 51 samples were obtained and each respondent received 43 questions using a Likert scale. The results of the study show that 1) There is a positive and significant influence on the Motivation of Employee Performance at the Bogor Regency Communication and Informatics Agency with strong results. 2) There is a positive and significant influence of Discipline on Employee Performance at the Bogor Regency Communication and Informatics Agency with strong results. 3) There is a positive and significant effect of Joint Motivation and Discipline on Employee Performance at the Bogor Regency Communication and Informatics Agency with strong results.
