Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of Career Development and Job Promotion on the Employee Morale of PDAM Kota Bengkulu. This research is a quantitative study with saturated or census sampling techniques. Data collection techniques using a sample of 130 respondents, using observations and questionnaires. Engineering the data analysis using the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination (R2) and hypothesis testing.
