Abstract: The objects of research are the public relations which arise in the process of prevention and settlement of conflict of interests on municipal service. According to the results of the cabinet research of the current legislation and municipal legal acts, as well as current practices for the prevention and settlement of conflict of interests on municipal service, were studied legal mechanisms for the prevention and settlement of conflict of interests on municipal service and are given some proposals for their improvement.
