After highlighting the major psycho-physical constituents of human personality a la VedÄ nta, the paper has focused on (i) the role of mind/brain, individual soul/Universal Soul and individual Self/Cosmic Self on its sustained development & also on (ii) the distinguishing features of the VedÄ ntic views from those of the Western views
