Abstract: The paper presents some theoretical suggestions and practical applications resulted from the work on conceptualizing the International Logistics as well as International Logistics Management discipline that has been carried out (since 2012) under auspice of the Deutsche Bahn Mobility Logistics AG and JSC "Russian Railways" Center for International Logistics and Supply Chain Management in "Graduate School of Management" Institute of SPSU.
