Modeling Language and Communication Skills Program Evaluation at Business School: Focus on the Best Practices

Abstract: The paper highlights modern approaches to modeling program evaluations taking into account changes caused by external and internal factors. Critical analysis of the theories enables the researchers to approach modeling 'Academic and Business Communication Skills in English' program evaluation with the focus on specific needs of a business school.
