BALANCING YOGASANA vs WALL SUPPORT BALANCING YOGASANA IN DLST AND SLCT SCORES

Abstract: Attention is the behavioral and cognitive process of selectively concentrating on a discrete aspect of information, whether deemed subjective or objective, while ignoring other perceivable information. Yoga is the process through which one can calm down the mind and which can improve attention. Two-group pre-post randomized design with sample size (n=119) of normal students who are in the age range of 13-15 years. Students who have any chronic illness and mental illness, and those who are not willing to participate were excluded. Experimental group (n= 61) with Mean±SD:13.27+1.03 is for whom standing balanced asanas are given and control group (n= 58) with Mean±SD:13.20+1.18 here, standing balancing asanas with wall support is given for 30 days, 50 min/day.
