Abstract: log2html makes use of an undocumented command in Stata version 7 up, log html, which generates HTML log files from SMCL log files. SMCL, the Stata Markup and Control Language, is the default log file format introduced with version 7, and contains markup (similar to HTML) around elements of the log file. To use log2html, you must first generate the default SMCL log file, not a text log file, with the file extension .smcl. log2html provides greater flexibility in formatting output than log html, and now provides preformatted schemes and support for CSS. Stata 8 is required. (log2html7 is available for Stata 7.)

Language: Stata
Requires: Stata version 8.0 (7.0 for log2html7)
