ESTWRITE: Stata module to store estimates in a Stata dataset on disk

Abstract: estwrite exports models previously fitted and stored by estimates store to a Stata dataset on disk. estread is used to reimport the saved estimates. estwrite and estread- are implemented as wrappers for estsave by Michael Blasnik, also available from SSC. estwrite and estread were previously circulated as eststo and estget.
