CDFPLOT: Stata module to plot a cumulative distribution function

Abstract: cdfplot plots the sample cumulative distribution function. Distributions can be compared within subgroups defined by a second variable. The best fitting normal (Gaussian) model may be superimposed over the sample c.d.f.
