RDCI: Stata module to calculate risk difference confidence intervals

Abstract: rdci calculates confidence intervals for differences between two independent proportions by the Miettinen-Nurminen, Agresti-Caffo, Newcombe hybrid score, and Wallenstein methods. These risk difference confidence intervals are considered to have better statistical properties than the conventional Wald confidence interval.
