Abstract:
Estimation of minimally important change (MIC) thresholds, using two different methods. The first is the cut-point corresponding to a 45 degree tangent line intersection--mathematically equivalent to the point at which the sensitivity and specificity are closest together; and the second is the cut-point corresponding to the smallest residual sum of sensitivity and specificity. The program also calculates standard error and confidence intervals when used in conjunction with the bootstrap command.
