National model of quality that exists in Romania is based on the philosophy of continuous improvement related to clear values. The last decade and a half has been for the banking system for a period of radical change, which aimed not only upgrading, creating appropriate legal and institutional framework and a diversified banking products and services, and the assimilation of the acquis communautaire and alignment policies, strategies and practices of the European Union. In the present study identified ways and means to improve the quality assurance system of banking services in Romania

  2. Opinions Concerning the Regulation of the Banking System in RomaniaAbstract:Rigorous and effective regulation is one of the defining features of banking activity. Analyzed from a historical perspective, the fundamental requirement is recovered in the form of rules of action and behavior imposed bankers antiquity and the Middle Ages. Such rules were set in ancient Rome the classical roman jurists for the two types of operations that you perform the bankers, the formation of deposits of money, not bearing interest and receive loans for which the interest due the lender. The nature and objectives of banking regulations have evolved subject to several factors whose dominant economic factor has always been. In the current context, to international regulations in the banking system in Romania are produced according to certain requirements imposed by the context in which banking institutions runs his business
