Abstract: EurAsEC today is actively developing economic and political union. The purpose of this article is to review and confirmation of the objective of its formation from the point of view of economic, Anne only political preconditions. Using the method of retrospective analysis of similar economic alliances around the world, the author proves the timeliness and objectivity of EAEC as an economic and customs union, which has good prospects in view of its geopolitical situation and the level of development of its member states.
