Abstract: In this paper, we mainly address issues of growth ofcompetitiveness economy in the near future on the basis ofinnovative development. To that end are examineda questions of formation innovative clusters in economy ofUzbekistan. Considering problem of formation clusterstructures of economy of republic and investment of theessential innovative directions, are defined of conceptualdirections of strategic investment of innovative directions asstructural kernel of NIS.
