Abstract: The article describes a proposal for the concept of andragogical vocational consultancy for teachers at schools with a high number of pupils from socially disadvantaged environments. The teachers themselves show almost no interest in supporting a solution for complex pedagogical-educational problems. The concept of andragogical vocational consultancy complements other educational services through highly individualized and personalized support reflecting the specific needs of these marginalized teachers directly in school conditions.
