Abstract:
Environmental fees remain an efficient tool for minimizing the negative human impact on the environment. Through these taxes, the traders are sensible to reduce natural resources consumption, to minimize environmental risk of anthropogenic origin and the volume of emissions during technological processes for goods and services production.
