Abstract:
This article highlights the political, institutional and social causes of rising of current deficits. But first of all will be presented uniform tax theory and methods of its application. Importance of budgetary balance is as never obvious in special now so it is particularly important to highlight factors that hinder its performance and lead to deficits. Below are listed just some of political, institutional and social aspects that contribute to rising of deficits.
