Abstract:
The Government is aware that to ensure the sustainable development of enterprises, especially of small and medium ones, there is necessary clear and transparent laws and regulations, administered in an efficient manner. The laws and regulations in the field of entrepreneurial activity will provide a framework of common rules that would ensure an open and free way to make commercial transactions with interests on businesses, consumers and society in general and with respect of fair competition.
