Abstract:
Business configuration is a new and complex direction of the contemporary strategic management. In the context of theories of organizational management, business configuration represents a set of applied strategies for a more convenient adaptation of them in terms of dynamic conditions of business environment. In the article the author deals with the impact given to the current configuration of business on strategic options for organizational development applying the concept of configurative strategic management (CSM).
