Abstract: The economic and financial situation of economic agents is a prerequisite. An economy is stable when things are balanced and in particular the financial situation of economic operators is thriving. In a modern, progressive business environment focuses the blanket of society and the regulator should be allowed to fully use the potential of knowledge, skills and initiatives. Competitiveness of small and medium enterprises consists primarily in removing the factors that constitute the greatest obstacle to the development of small enterprises then in the design and drawing directions, which would contribute to unlocking the potential of small businesses and strengthen their market positions.
