Abstract:
Entrepreneurship is recognized today as an important factor of economic development of society and has an impressive influence on the field with the ongoing process of transformation to market economic system, the formation of a new economic thinking and new ways of defining behavior population. Entrepreneurship is the scope of what can be approached from three major phases, the first being - economic activity, the second - economic sector and the third - innovative process. From these considerations are highlighted the main directions of entrepreneurship, and initiative to achieve the best results, find ways and new methods of achieving them, creativity, ability to assume the possible risks, the maximum responsibility in making decisions and their implementation.
