Organization as a management function in the activity of trade companies

Abstract: Organizational system is a set of methods, procedures and techniques used in the management of organization function of the production process. It has as main functions methodological and logistical support creation of the functional act. Generally, systems, methods and management functions trigger the assembly of the developed activities by the managed system in order to establish and achieve the aims of commercial enterprises. In most cases, the management is done by exercising a range of functions including the organization of enterprises in Maramures County, Romania.
