Abstract: This paper aimed at presenting and investigating the authenticity of the early Islamic scholars' opinions about the well-known nowadays transaction called al-Murabaha upon the purchaser’s order transaction. The researcher used the descriptive analytical methodology and the Hadithi methodology to achieve that goal. He arrived at many conclusions. The most important of which is the fact that majority of early Islamic scholars prohibited this kind of transaction if it includes a negotiation or a promise of profit. The researcher recommended that the Islamic jurisprudence bodies and organizations should re-discuss and review the ruling they decided for this transaction because of the insufficiency of the research presented to these bodies and organizations. هدف هذا البحث إلى عرض أقوال فقهاء سلف هذه الأمّة، من الصّحابة والتابعين فمن بعدهم، فيما اشتهرت تسميته في الوقت الراهن ببيع المرابحة للآمر بالشِّراء، وتحقيق نسبة هذه الأقوال إلى أصحابها، ومناقشة ما أُثير حول بعضها من أفكار. استخدم الباحث في ذلك المنهجين: الاستقرائي التحليلي في تتبّع الأقوال ودراستها، والحديثي في التحقّق من صحّتها. وخلص إلى نتائج كثيرة أهمّها أنّ ظاهر المروي عن فقهاء السَّلف، في جمهورهم، يشير إلى كراهتهم هذا البيع على وجه التحريم - على الأرجح - إذا تضمّن مراوضة أو مواعدة على الربح. وأوصى الباحث بأن تعيد المجامع الفقهية النظر في قراراتها المتعلقة بهذا البيع في ضوء قصور البحوث التي قُدِّمت إليها في هذا الموضوع في عرض أقوال الفقهاء المتقدمين فيما بدا للباحث في ضوء النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث.
