Abstract: -- القرار السابع: بشأن الشيك والقيد في دفاتر المصرف ... إن مجلس المجمع الفقهي الإسلامي... قد نظر في موضوع: 1- صرف النقود في المصارف، هل يستغنى فيه عن القبض بالشيك الذي يتسلمه مريد التحويل؟ 2- هل يكتفى بالقيد في دفاتر المصرف عن القبض لمن يريد استبدال عملة بعملة أخرى مودعة في المصرف؟
