Abstract:
X-linked hypohidrotic ectodermal dysplasia (XLHED) can be characterized by hypohidrosis, sparse hair, hypodontia, and characteristic facial features and usually caused by mutations of ectodysplasin A (EDA) gene located on the X chromosome.
