Abstract: This study evaluated the effect of oral intake of coffee and aspartame on the oxidative status and some cytokines levels in varied body mass index Wistar rats. Ninety-six male Wistar rats were allotted into 2 sets of four groups respectively, comprised of twelve rats with average weights of 147.15 ± 4.96 g.
