Abstract: IgG4-related disease (IgG4-RD) is a rare immune-mediated condition associated with fibro-inflammatory lesions. It was first recognized as a distinct disease in 2003 [1,2]. It is a disease of middleaged patients, with a mean age at diagnosis of approximately 60 years old that predominates in men [1].
