Abstract: On rare occasions, patients with Goodpasture’s syndrome (GPS) present with both anti-glomerular basement membrane (GBM) and antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibody (ANCA). Concurrent ANCA and anti-GBM disease is rare with a high mortality rate. Here we present a case of both anti-glomerular basement membrane (GBM) and antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibody (ANCA) complicated with hyponatremia.
