Abstract:
Nebivolol is a selective ß1- adrenergic antagonist with endothelial and nitric oxide- (NO) dependent vasodilation properties. Tacrolimus (Tac) increases the risk of diabetes mellitus. We investigated whether nebivolol reverses the deleterious effect of Tac on the pancreas in Sprague Dawley Rats.
