Abstract:
It is also well established that well-controlled humidity is essential to Assisted Reproductive Technologies (ART) culture conditions and necessary for optimal embryo development. However, to what extent fluctuating lab Relative Humidity (RH), especially low RH, might impact the culture environment is unclear. Changing weather patterns have led to more extreme periods of extended low humidities across areas of the Southwestern U.S.
