Abstract: Laparoscopy is an invaluable investigative tool in evaluating infertile women. Its role is particularly important when tubo-peritoneal factors are suspected in the aetiology of female factor infertility. The objective of this study is to describe the patterns and frequency of pelvic pathology seen during laparoscopic evaluation of infertile women in Aminu Kano Teaching Hospital (AKTH), Nigeria over a 5-year period. It was a retrospective cross-sectional study.
