Abstract:
The SARSCoV2 (coronavirus illness 2019) outbreak, originating in China’s Hubei Province, quickly spread globally and was declared a pandemic by the World Health Organization on March 12, 2020. This research focuses on the progression of the COVID-19 pandemic in India, analyzing the measures implemented to combat the virus and evaluating India’s response in terms of containing the pandemic and mitigating its social and economic impact.
