Abstract: In this paper, we describe the construction of a database of 30 423 COVID-19 patients cared for in our Institute (the Institut Hospitalo- Universitaire (IHU) Méditerranée Infection, Marseille, France) between 2 March 2020 and 31 December 2021. We wish to make this database findable, accessible, interoperable and reusable (FAIR) in order to allow any researcher to carry out their own analysis and drawn their own conclusions.
