Abstract:
Chemokines and their receptors are the main intermediators of migration of cells. Regarding the leukocytes infiltration into the different tissues of Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) patients, current study evaluated the effects of α-L-guluronic acid (G2013) [as a new member of NonSteroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs (NSAIDs) family] on expression of chemokine receptors in Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells (PBMCs) of patients with SLE.
